Job description

Key Duties

1. Demonstrate enthusiasm for services and products offered while cultivating long-lasting client relationships with market-leading after-care and follow-up.
2. Follow a comprehensive and market-leading hearing test procedure, then recommend a suitable hearing solution employing a range of high-end hearing aids to meet the client's clinical, budget, and lifestyle requirements.
3. Work mid-week only, ensuring an excellent work-life balance, with part-time working options available.
4. Enjoy 9am-5pm working hours with a 30-minute lunch, undertaking a diverse mixture of both clinic-based appointments and home visits.

Package and Benefits

• £40,000 guaranteed income, dependent on experience. You will be awarded a total of 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays (rising with tenure).

• Company car or car allowance, with travel costs covered by the business.
• OTE of £50,000-£65,000+ via lucrative uncapped commission plans.

Key Skills, Qualifications, and Client Requirements

• Must be certified with the HCPC as a Hearing Aid Dispenser or be soon eligible to register.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
