Role Overview

We are looking for HCPC-registered (or awaiting registration) Hearing Aid Dispensers and Audiologists. You'll conduct hearing assessments, fit and fine-tune hearing aids, and deliver empathetic, person-centred care while playing a key role in our continued growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for both newly qualified and experienced clinicians looking to thrive in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out comprehensive hearing assessments and determine care pathways
  • Extended appointments and visits to ensure thorough, personalised care can be delivered
  • Work with innovative technology, with access to any manufacturer to allow you to deliver the best care to every patient you see

Essential Requirements

  • HCPC registration (or registration in progress)
  • Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Willingness to travel regionally (typically within an hour of base)
  • Open to fresh graduates as well as experienced professionals
