Job Description:

Sensory Audiology & Optical Recruitment is partnering with an established family-run group of independent optical and hearing stores. Founded in 1932, the group now operates 18 practices along with manufacturing and wholesale sites. They maintain high standards of personal and professional service, with significant growth plans for audiology clinics.

As part of the team, you will conduct hearing checks, wax removal, and trials of the latest hearing aid technology, providing independent, impartial advice. The role focuses on delivering a complete patient pathway with a holistic approach, offering comprehensive hearing solutions tailored to individual needs.

Requirements:
  • Patient-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Fully qualified and HCPC registered
  • Experience working to KPIs and a strong sales record
  • Experience in private hearing care sector
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel between clinics
  • Self-motivated with a desire for personal and professional growth
  • Ability to collaborate with optical team to optimize patient care
  • Wax removal training (Loops or Endoscopes) preferred; training provided
Benefits:
  • Basic salary: £40,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience)
