Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist - Reading, Berkshire

My client, a leading optical and hearing domiciliary company, is looking to recruit full or part-time registered hearing aid dispensers or audiologists for roles in Reading and surrounding areas. The position is Monday to Friday (or part-time, minimum 4 days a week), with no weekends required and flexible scheduling.

The role involves visiting patients at home, testing hearing difficulties, assessing if amplification can help, delivering, fitting, and adjusting hearing aids, as well as conducting aftercare home visits.

The ideal candidate will have a sympathetic approach and empathy, as some patients may be elderly, frail, or suffer from dementia. A confident driving ability is essential, as the role involves travel.

In return, the successful candidate will receive an excellent salary package (basic salary £40,000), a leading commission structure, a fully expensed company car, fuel card, and a company pension.
