Audiologist – Independent Hearing Care Provider
Location: Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire (various clinics)
Employment Type: Full-time

I am working with a well-established, family-run independent hearing care provider with multiple boutique clinics across Nottingham, Lincoln, and Oxfordshire. With a rich heritage in audiology dating back to the 1930s, this group is proud to offer exceptional clinical care with a warm, personal approach.
This is an opportunity to work in a modern, purpose-built clinic environment with state-of-the-art equipment including:
Soundproof booths
Video otoscopy
Portable diagnostic kits for occasional home visits
You’ll be empowered to spend time with your patients, build trust, and deliver bespoke solutions that suit their individual needs and lifestyle. The organisation’s independent status allows full access to leading hearing aid manufacturers, ensuring patient choice is never compromised.
Carry out comprehensive hearing assessments using best-practice protocols
Provide patient-focused consultations and recommend suitable hearing solutions
Fit, program, and fine-tune hearing aids with follow-up and ongoing care
Perform ear wax removal via microsuction (training can be provided if not already qualified)
Contribute to outreach efforts with GPs, care homes, and the local community (optional depending on experience/interest)
Maintain accurate records and uphold HCPC and company standards of clinical governance
HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Audiologist
Previous experience in the private sector or a strong desire to transition from NHS welcomed
Passion for providing high-quality, unrushed care
A genuine interest in hearing technology and patient outcomes
Wax removal experience (advantageous but not essential—training offered)
A warm, approachable communicator who builds long-term trust with patients
Independent, ethical business with strong family values
