Job summary

Specsavers is seeking a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser to deliver expert hearing care across our hub store in Redhill and spokes in Reigate and Caterham. You will supervise trainees and Wax APs, while ensuring high-quality patient care and service within a busy retail hearing care environment.

The role is full-time with Sundays included, offering a salary up to £55,000 dependent on experience, a monthly bonus, and a 6-month fixed-term contract with possible extension to 12 months.

Qualifications

• Qualified HAD with HCPC registration.
• Experience supervising HADs, Wax APs and PDPs.
• Willing to work across hub and spokes.
• Able to drive and own car.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional hearing care as a Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD).
• Cover across Hub store Redhill and spokes Reigate and Caterham.
• Support trainee HADs/Wax APs during PDPs and supervision duties.

Requirements:

• Supervision - Able to provide direct and indirect supervision to trainee HADs, Wax APs and qualified HADs completing PDPs
• Must be able to drive and own car
• Wax removal qualified
• HCPC registered
• Flexible to work across Hub and Spokes
