Job summary

Specsavers Redhill hub is seeking a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) to deliver exceptional care across our hub and spoke stores in Redhill, Reigate and Caterham.

You will be HCPC registered, wax removal qualified, and able to supervise trainees. The role is full-time with Sundays included, offering a competitive package and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified HAD and HCPC registered.
• Wax removal qualified.
• Must be able to drive and own car.
• Able to supervise trainees and PDPs (direct/indirect).
• Flexible to work across hub and spokes across Redhill, Reigate and Caterham.

Responsibilities

• Supervise trainee HADs and HADs completing PDPs.
• Provide high-quality hearing care across hub and spokes.
• Collaborate with team to deliver customer-focused service.

What’s on offer?

• Salary - Up to £55,000 (DOE)
• Monthly Bonus
• 6 month Fix-term contract with possible extension to 12 months

Requirements

• Supervision - Able to provide direct and indirect supervision to trainee HADs, Wax APs and qualified HADs completing PDPs
• Must be able to drive and own car
• Wax removal qualified
• HCPC registered
• Flexible to work across Hub and Spokes
