Job description

Specsavers is a household name and a Highstreet staple, and you could be part of our team.

We’re seeking an ambitious qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) to join our store. In this role, you will dispense hearing aids to customers with hearing difficulties and provide exceptional customer service. You will have access to high-quality equipment and work in a professional, welcoming environment, supported by our expert team to help you progress.

Our business

Based in Watford, with surrounding stores in Amersham, Borehamwood, Edgware Broadwalk, and Rickmansworth, we have dedicated hearing test rooms across our locations.

We are recruiting a forward-thinking HAD to provide care to patients across these stores. Your responsibilities will include performing hearing tests and advising on the most suitable, competitively priced hearing aids to ensure each customer receives a first-class experience. Wax removal services are also offered; microsuction/wax removal qualification is advantageous.

Our team

Join a dedicated, supportive team of six, including one HAD, one AP, and a trainee AP.
