Job summary

Specsavers is seeking an Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser for Gloucester/Bath, delivering home visits to bring hear care directly to patients at their doorstep. You will drive to patient homes, offering clinical care and support while representing Specsavers in the community.

The role requires HCPC registration and a passion for outstanding customer service. You’ll join a supportive team with training, benefits, and a car option to suit the territory.

Qualifications

• Qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) with HCPC registration.
• Wax removal qualification is advantageous.
• Strong customer service mindset to make customers’ lives easier.
• Excellent teamwork and initiative.
• Confident using IT systems and good communication/listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hear care and dispensing at patients’ homes.

Ready to take your skills on the road?As a Home Visits Hearing Aid Dispenser at Specsavers, you can do just that.

You’ll be driving our services to the doorsteps of the nation, providing hear care to the people who aren’t able to come into our stores. But not only do you help them with their hearing, you’ll be able to support them to get basic tasks done that they wouldn’t be able to do without you. Essentially, you’ll be bringing smiles and clinical care to the heart of your community.

Our business

Based in Gloucestershire and surrounding areas including Bath, Swindon, Stroud etc, you’ll cover a given territory, providing care to our patients.

You’ll be provided with a company car or car allowance to bring your care directly to people’s homes.
