Bolton Foundation NHS Trust Audiology department is seeking an enthusiastic Audiologist to join our friendly team. The role involves adult diagnostic audiology testing, calibration of equipment, and delivering a comprehensive hearing aid service with patient-centered care.

Applicants should be good communicators, comfortable working independently and as part of a team. BSc in Healthcare Science Audiology or MSc in Audiological Science is required, with postgraduate experience preferred.

Competenze

• Good communicator and confident when working autonomously or as part of a team.
• Postgraduate clinical experience is preferable but not essential.
• Newly qualified graduates or those returning to practice are welcome to apply.

Mansioni

• Perform diagnostic audiological testing of adults.
• Ensure safe use and calibration of equipment and maintain accurate records.
• Provide comprehensive hearing aid service and determine care plans for patients and involve carers/families as appropriate.
• Contribute to clinical audit, research, and governance; help develop evidence-based protocols.
• Plan workload with line manager and supervise trainees/students and volunteers as required.
