Job Overview:
We are now seeking a full-time Audiologist to lead and deliver our audiology services across multiple locations. This role is both patient-facing and strategic: ideal for a clinically skilled professional with a business development mindset who wants to grow a channel and influence the future of audiology within a respected and expanding group.
You will split your time between our well-established Kent practices in Faversham, Whitstable, Sittingbourne, and Rainham (3-4 days per week), and our growing London footprint (1-2 days per week), currently focused on our new Wandsworth flagship and expansion opportunities in Stratford and beyond. Travel is essential, and this role offers a rare opportunity to shape a region-wide hearing care service from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Audiology Services
Conduct full hearing assessments using appropriate diagnostic techniques.
Perform wax removal services.
Recommend, dispense, and fit hearing aids (primarily Signia products).
Provide thorough aftercare and long-term hearing aid management.
Manage patient records and care plans using Sycle software.
Deliver compassionate, patient-centred care at every stage of the customer journey.
Clearly explain findings and treatment options, ensuring patients feel heard and supported.
Promote preventative care, including hearing protection and general hearing wellness.
Business Development and Operational Growth
Act as a key clinical leader helping to grow the audiology arm of the business.
Identify local opportunities to increase awareness and uptake of hearing care services.
Build strong working relationships across multiple practices and teams to integrate audiology into wider operations.
Be a visible and hands-on advocate for high-quality hearing care, with the initiative to shape service delivery as demand grows.
Growth in patient numbers and repeat visits across all operating locations.
Consistent delivery of excellent hearing outcomes and high patient satisfaction scores.
Clear contribution to the commercial success of audiology within the group.
Expansion of audiology services in London through proactive engagement and development efforts.
Experience Required:
HCPC-registered Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser.
Strong clinical background in high street audiology.
Confident in hearing assessments, wax removal, and hearing aid fittings.
Familiarity with Signia hearing aids and Sycle software is preferred but not essential.
Able to work autonomously and travel regularly across multiple sites.
