Job summary

Prospect Health is seeking an experienced Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) for a full-time position at an established hearing clinic in Cockermouth, Cumbria. The role offers autonomy to run and grow the clinic with long-term business ownership potential.

The ideal candidate is an experienced HAD who delivers excellent patient care, is confident working independently, and is motivated to develop the clinic and possibly progress to ownership. Relocation support may be available.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HAD to join an established independent hearing care business in Cumbria.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who is looking for more than a traditional clinical role. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take responsibility for an established clinic, help develop the business and, in time, potentially progress towards taking over the clinic and business.

The role

• Full-time Hearing Aid Dispenser positionBased at an established hearing clinic in Cockermouth
• Take responsibility for the day-to-day running and development of the clinic
• Every other Saturday morning, 9am-1pm

Salary & benefits

• £38,000-£42,000 per annum, reviewed annually
• 10%% commission on sales
• 30 days' annual leave
