Key Responsibilities

  1. Train site staff on how to operate day to day services, and on basic system operations
  2. Ensuring the smooth operations of AV events at the venue
  3. Scheduling maintenance tasks for AV equipment
  4. Working with the internal creative team to ensure content is tested and delivered in the correct event formats.
  5. Dynamic solving problems as issues arise
  6. Documenting issues and feedback to help the future solution development
  7. Communicating with venue operations staff and customers about the elements of a service and demonstrating the equipment/product’s functionalities to help future sales
  8. Assist project producers/product managers in the productization of the packages developed within the trial venue
  9. Feedback to desktop developers, testers, delivery managers, customer technical support and customer relationship colleagues to manage the delivery of improvements and new products.
  10. Support with the launch of new features and product improvements out to market through Customer Success, Customer Services, Marketing and Go to Market teams.
  11. Support with Change Management for anyone impacted.
  12. Help understand risks and issues.
  13. Provide support to the wider Vivedia team on less busy site days
  14. Maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the business.
  15. Generally, get stuck-in and hands-on with a small and fast-moving team

Required Experience

  1. Prior AV experience (Video & Projection as a primary focus are a bonus) with a range of professional experience such as end to end projects, new system set up, user training, problem solving etc.
  2. Experience documenting procedures and process with the ability to train others would be beneficial
  3. Experience in basic video editing, presentation creation, and photoshop skills

Required Skills

  2. Ability to travel and be away from home regularly (Within the UK)
  3. Full UK driving licence

Location

  1. Hybrid – May be working from our HQ (Sheffield) or based on site for Commissioning and Training / Support sessions for week-long periods
  2. You should have a full UK drivers' licence and your own vehicle with appropriate insurance. Core hours typically: 8.30am - 5.30 pm, 5 days a week
  3. Occasional need for evening/weekend work for project or support activities
