Job summary

Prospero Integrated in London is seeking an Event & Production Manager to lead end-to-end production for a range of events, from budgeting and planning through to onsite delivery and completion.

You will coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless event delivery, provide technical guidance, and troubleshoot live issues quickly to ensure outstanding client experiences. Strong communication and health & safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in event production.
• Strong technical knowledge across core event technologies (audio, lighting, projection, LED).
• Experience managing and developing technical teams or event crews.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple events and workflows.

Responsibilities

Job description

The successful candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent organisational and leadership skills, confidently managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional levels of client service.

Event & Production Management

• Manage the end-to-end production of low- to mid-scale events and conferences, from initial budgeting and planning through to onsite delivery and completion.
• Support Production Managers on larger-scale events, acting as a key liaison between internal teams, clients, suppliers and other production stakeholders.
• Coordinate closely with internal and external teams to ensure seamless and successful event delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and practical solutions throughout the planning and delivery process.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges quickly and effectively in high-pressure, live-event environments.

You will ideally have:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in event production, preferably within a commercial, corporate or B2B environment.
• Strong technical knowledge across core event technologies, including audio, lighting, projection and LED systems.
• Experience managing, scheduling and developing technical teams or event crew.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple events, projects and workflows simultaneously.
• The ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues calmly and effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team while also taking ownership and working independently.
• A strong understanding of health and safety requirements within live events and production environments.
