Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-user support and basic training when required.
  • Work closely with manufacturers and internal technical teams to resolve complex faults.
  • Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and components used using a digital service platform.
  • Comply with all relevant health & safety procedures and on-site protocols.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong technical understanding of LED display systems (such as ROE, Absen, Unilumin, INFiLED, etc.) including component-level diagnostics.
  • Familiarity with AV signal routing and control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Kramer).
  • Good working knowledge of video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, Cisco) and audio DSPs (QSC, Biamp, BSS).
  • Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Full UK driving licence (vehicle or mileage reimbursement provided).

Desirable Qualifications

  • Manufacturer training or certification in LED systems (advantageous but not essential).
  • AVIXA CTS or equivalent AV industry certifications.
  • Basic understanding of AV-over-IP and networking principles.
  • IPAF, PASMA, or ECS card ().

What’s on Offer
