Audio Visual Project Manager - High-End AV Solutions
Location: London & South East | Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 (DOE) + Benefits

Are you an experienced AV Project Manager looking for your next exciting challenge? Do you have a proven track record delivering bespoke, high-end audio-visual projects to the highest standards?

We're working exclusively with our client, a renowned AV specialist with a long-standing reputation for delivering premium, tailor-made solutions across the UK and Europe. From immersive audio systems to cutting-edge video conferencing and smart control systems, they create extraordinary experiences for both commercial and residential clients.

About the Role:

As AV Project Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple projects from concept through to completion. You'll work closely with clients, suppliers, engineers, and designers to ensure seamless delivery on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the full project lifecycle from design handover through to installation and commissioning
2. Lead site meetings, coordinate teams, and ensure clear communication between stakeholders
3. Produce and manage project documentation including plans, schedules, and risk assessments
4. Oversee procurement and logistics of AV equipment and materials
5. Ensure projects meet technical specifications and client expectations
6. Provide regular progress reports to internal teams and the client

About You:

1. Proven experience in delivering Audio Visual projects, ideally in both residential and commercial sectors
2. Strong technical knowledge of AV systems (control systems, displays, audio, lighting, networking, etc.)
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
5. A natural problem-solver with an eye for detail
6. Full UK driving licence
