Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in high end Residential AV and Smart Home projects? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading integrator delivering cutting edge technology solutions across luxury homes, multi-dwelling developments, and prestigious commercial spaces.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from initial planning through to handover, ensuring seamless delivery that exceeds client expectations. Working closely with internal teams, contractors, and clients, you'll manage every stage of the process, keeping projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, from design through to completion
• Liaising with high end clients to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Developing detailed project plans with clear milestones and resource allocation
• Coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and driving resolution
• Conducting regular client meetings and ensuring outstanding communication
• Managing budgets and ensuring financial targets are met
• Upholding industry standards, compliance, and best practice

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in AV or smart home integration (high end residential preferred)
• Strong understanding of integrated AV/IT systems and technologies
• Excellent organisational and multitasking ability
• Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
• Proficiency in project management tools/software
• PMP or equivalent certification (desirable but not essential)
