Position Overview:

As an Audio Visual Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial client consultation and system design through to installation, testing, and commissioning. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique requirements, develop project plans, manage budgets, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work remotely, onsite or at one of our offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, scope, and technical requirements.
• Create detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines & liaise with internal resource teams to ensure the correct resource is allocated.
• Manage and motivate project teams, including engineers, programmers, commissioners and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve project-related challenges.
• Monitor project progress, track expenses, and report on project status.
• Foster strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical knowledge of AV systems and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Experience with hybrid work environments is a plus.
