Job summary

Prospero Integrated is seeking an experienced AV Manager to lead the audiovisual operation at a busy Warwickshire hotel and conference venue. You will own on-site AV services, support clients through events, and lead a small technical team to deliver exceptional experiences.

You will coordinate AV requirements for conferences and meetings, maintain equipment, manage inventory, and collaborate with hotel operations to ensure spaces are prepared and services are delivered to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as AV Manager or senior AV technician
• Strong knowledge of audio, video, lighting, staging and live event equipment
• Experience delivering services in hotels or conference venues
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and people management experience
