Job description

The Role

As an AV Engineer, you'll take part in helping the team deliver high spec Audio Visual and smart home installations, ensuring flawless performance, sleek integration, and world class client experiences. You'll be responsible for both installation and servicing, making sure systems perform to the highest standard long after handover.

• Installing home cinemas, distributed audio, and video systems
• Programming and servicing home automation systems (Control4, Lutron, Crestron, Savant)
• Rack building and wiring to the highest industry standards
• Precision cable termination and system integration
• Integrating lighting, blinds, and shading into AV/Control systems
• Troubleshooting, fault-finding, and providing ongoing maintenance support
• Collaborating with designers, project managers, and fellow engineers to deliver exceptional results

About You

• Proven experience installing and/or servicing home automation systems in luxury residential projects
• Ideally Control4 and/or Lutron certified (other controls experience highly desirable: Crestron, Savant)
• Experience with rack building and good cable termination skills
• System programming and commissioning highly advantageous
• Strong technical acumen and attention to detail
• Able to liaise confidently with high end clients and contractors
• Ideally a full UK driving licence
