A leading law firm in London is seeking an AV Support Specialist to ensure operational availability of audio-visual equipment. You will provide on-site support and liaise with clients and internal teams. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of AV technologies and excellent customer service skills. The role will be responsible for supporting all users in the use of audio-visual (AV) equipment. The role holder will be expected to have a good all-round knowledge of AV equipment and be able to communicate with users at all levels.
Technical
