Job Description:

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK, employing around 40,000 staff across various clinical and non-clinical roles. We provide acute hospital, primary, community, and mental health care services to over 1.15 million people, expanding to 2.2 million when regional and national services are included.

This is a permanent part-time position (26 hours). The shift pattern can be discussed to suit the candidate. Please indicate your preference in your application.

(Note: The salary is Pro Rata for part-time hours.)

An audio typist is needed to support the Orthopaedic Department by providing comprehensive typing services to Consultants, Nurse Specialists, ESPs, and junior staff. The role requires high accuracy, initiative, confidentiality, and workload management to meet turnaround targets. Occasional assistance with other administrative tasks may be required.

This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for sponsorship, and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde cannot provide a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
