NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is seeking a part-time, permanent Administrative Clerk based at Royal Hospital for Children. The role supports clinical teams with transcription, patient data updates and filing, scanning, and referral processing via SCI Gateway.

Our department provides the essential administrative, secretarial and clerical support that enables clinical teams to deliver safe, efficient and patient‑centred care. Together, we uphold the high standards expected across Acute Services, both locally and nationally.
Band 2 roles are not eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker or Health and Care Worker visa routes.
