An established industry player is seeking an Audio Typist to join their dynamic Secretarial Team within the Rheumatology department. This role involves providing essential support to Medical Secretaries and Consultant Teams by efficiently typing clinical and administrative letters. We are recruiting for an Audio Typist to join the Secretarial Team for up to 37.5 hours per week within the Rheumatology department, based at York Teaching Hospital. You will provide support to the Medical Secretaries and their Consultant Teams.
Excellent administration and audio-typing experience/qualifications are required, as well as a good understanding of general office duties.
You will be responsible for typing clinical and administrative letters and general office duties.

You will be required to have good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise the demands of a busy office and manage your time and workload effectively. You will also be required to work unsupervised and communicate with the medical secretary team on a regular basis.
