Job summary

Iron Mountain Entertainment Services (IMES) in Feltham is seeking an experienced Audio Engineer to archive, restore, and transfer irreplaceable master tapes into high-quality digital formats. You will be the primary technical contact for producers, engineers, and musicians, ensuring precise handling, project coordination, and delivery tracking.

The role requires proven studio experience, strong Pro Tools skills, and fluency with legacy equipment and modern DAWs.

Qualifications

Essential: Experience in professional audio studio recording and sound mixing.
Essential: Pro Tools proficiency; comfortable with PC and MAC platforms.
Essential: Strong understanding of music production and current industry practices.
Attributes: precise administration, able to prioritize workload and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Archive & digitise media assets to high industry standards.
Handle & restore master tapes with care and attention to legacy assets.
Operate and maintain legacy and modern recording equipment and DAWs.
Collaborate with clients, producers, engineers, and musicians to meet requirements.
Log and track tapes across databases; generate reports for deliveries.
