Plus 4 Audio, part of Britannia Row, is seeking a Warehouse Technician in the Comms and Data Services Department. Based in Chessington and Weybridge, you will deploy, test and maintain radio, analogue and digital comms and data equipment, and support the international licensing team.

The role offers paid overtime, 23 days’ holiday, pension and health benefits. Working hours are 8am–8pm, with standard 35 hours per week (10am–6pm) five days per week, with some weekends and overtime expected.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with drive to learn in a technical audio environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work overtime, including some weekends.
• Good organisational and planning skills.
• Basic IT networking knowledge and RF/electronics awareness.

Responsabilités

• Building of Comms and IT systems to the highest standards.
• Communicate effectively with Operations and other teams to prepare equipment and meet deadlines.
• Testing, fault-finding, servicing, maintenance, cleaning and quality control of equipment.
• Regular PAT testing of all equipment.
• Provide technical support to warehouse staff, apprentices and freelance crew.
• Manage licensing information, code-plugs and programming aspects.
• Collaborate with RF and Microphone department to share knowledge and workload.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse team members.
• Complete admin tasks using company IT systems.
• Assist with any other tasks for smooth department operation.
