Job summary

Plus 4 Audio, based in Chessington and Weybridge, is seeking a Warehouse Technician for the Comms and Data Services Department. You will help deploy, test and maintain radio, analogue and digital comms and data equipment, and support the international licensing team.

Reporting to the Head of Comms and Data Services, you will build IT systems to high standards, coordinate with Operations and Prep/De-prep, and provide technical support to warehouse staff and freelance crew.

• Flexible: willing to work overtime, including some weekends.

• Basic IT networking knowledge.
• Basic understanding of electronics and RF systems (advantage).
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Build Comms and IT systems to high standards.
• Coordinate with Operations and Prep/De-prep teams on equipment needs and deadlines.
• Test, fault-find, service, maintain, and quality-check equipment.
• Perform regular PAT testing of equipment.
• Provide technical support to warehouse staff, apprentices and freelance crew.
• Maintain licensing and programming records (code-plugs, etc.).
• Collaborate with RF and Microphone teams to share knowledge.
