We are seeking a talented engineer for a dynamic R&D environment focused on high-end automotive audio products. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and a team of about 100 engineers dedicated to innovative consumer products.

The role involves developing premium audio systems used in luxury vehicles such as Maserati and McLaren. You will serve as the primary technical contact for automotive partners, including OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers, driving systems engineering efforts aligned with industry requirements and fostering strong partnerships.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to develop system architectures, define technical requirements, and deliver high-performance automotive solutions for next-generation vehicles. The role suits an engineer with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects and working with various specialists.

Qualifications & Skills

1. BSc or MSc in Engineering, Acoustics, or a related field; experience in developing automotive audio systems.
2. Experience in partnerships or cross-company collaboration.
3. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in product delivery and operational excellence with OEMs and suppliers.
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and leverage new technologies.
6. Quick learner, self-starter, proactive in asking questions.
7. Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and produce concise reports and presentations.

Advantages
