Role context:
This role primarily supports advanced custom audience planning, strategy, and production for WM Worldwide's Audience Science Team, working with an industry-leading CPG client. The person will work closely with campaign leads across client brands, developing strategic audiences based on insights from market research, social listening, and data partners to build brand awareness and drive engagement across digital channels.
We seek a highly detailed, outcome-oriented individual to lead insights and hypotheses creation for new audience segments. Daily tasks include working with campaign teams to understand consumer behavior, uncover niche interests and motivations, and translate growth opportunities into digital signals for activation by the central team.
