Job summary

Fifty5Blue London is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Audience programme and deliver projects on time. This permanent, hybrid role focuses on coordinating operations, commercial, IT and product teams to align with strategic goals.

You will develop plans, monitor budgets, manage stakeholder communications, and drive continuous improvement across the programme. A recognised project management qualification is required, with strong organisation and decisive, proactive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a detailed Programme plan with Ops, Commercial, IT & Product.
• Develop relationships with other workstreams to support strategic direction.
• Set mid-term and long-term goals with targets for stakeholder satisfaction, safety, quality and performance.
• Develop a budget and operating plan for the programme.
• Develop evaluation methods to monitor strengths and identify improvements.
• Implement and manage changes to achieve programme goals.
• Lead regular Ops programme meetings and report on status.
• Align with local and global stakeholders and provide inputs for budgeting.
