Are you interested in growing your career in Analytics? Are you passionate about media and advertising? We’re looking for an Audience Data Analyst, perhaps this might be the right role for you! We’re looking for a new addition to join our team on a 12 month maternity cover contract. This will be a remote, UK based position joining the Reach Data Strategy & Performance Media Department to utilise Reach audience data for commercial goals. This is a truly unique opportunity to step into an Analytics role and expand your experience in a highly desirable industry.
Perhaps you’re a recent graduate looking to break into a Data Analyst career, or an existing Analyst seeking something fresh and exciting. In a nutshell, our Audience Data Analyst will identify, capture and activate data across our digital properties, creating new commercial opportunities and media upsell opportunities. You’ll work closely with digital sales teams, responding to briefs for advertising campaigns and accompanying account managers on sales pitches with leading agencies and advertisers, to provide specialist audience data knowledge. You’ll manage output of day to day data requests and queries, which include manipulating multiple data sets and creating reports to support the business and client accounts.
You will adopt a consultative approach to analysing a client and create a data solution bespoke for each advertiser’s needs, and will present ideas and use data to outline a comprehensive digital sales story.
Whilst a background in digital advertising data analytics is advantageous, it is not required to be successful in this role. It is more important to us that you have a hunger to learn new skills, are a numbers person able to work with spreadsheets and across large data sets, and have a knack for creating presentations, with the confidence to present in front of clients and internal stakeholders. We will provide you with all of the training & tools you need to be successful.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital technology, hyper organised with excellent attention to detail, and able to work in a collaborative team environment. You’ll be a spreadsheet wizard and will be comfortable synthesising large data sets, ideally with experience using a DMP (although this is not essential). Experience with Google Analytics or other relevant digital media and advertising analytics programs would also be a big plus.
