Job Introduction
We are recruiting for a Service Advisor to join our Audi Dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon. The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 18:00, with Saturdays on a rota basis.
Excellent basic salary with a bonus OTE of £38,000, plus car & benefits.
You will be well versed in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy environment. Working as part of a team, you will ensure the workflow of the department, hit and exceed targets, and upsell our full range of services.
Role and Responsibilities

  • Booking customer vehicles for maintenance and repairs, liaising with the workshop team to schedule workload.
  • Meeting customers on arrival and providing seamless service from drop-off to vehicle handover.
  • Updating customers on vehicle progress, authorising additional work, and making follow-up calls.
  • Liaising with Workshop, Parts, and Sales departments to ensure vehicles are ready on time.

About you

  • You have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and can quickly build rapport with customers.
  • You are well-presented with a desire, attitude, and character to succeed.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally with targets for customer satisfaction and sales, is preferred.
  • Good organization and administrative skills. Knowledge of dealer management systems is advantageous but not essential.
  • Motor trade, automotive, or car dealership experience is preferred but not required; full training will be provided.
