Job description

Job Introduction

We are recruiting for a Service Advisor to join our Audi Dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon. The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 18:00, with Saturdays on a rota basis.

Offering an excellent basic salary with a bonus OTE of £38,000, plus a car & benefits.

You will be experienced in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy environment. Working as part of a team, you will manage the department's workflow, meet and exceed targets, and upsell our full range of services.

Role And Responsibilities

  1. Booking customer vehicles for maintenance and repairs, liaising with the workshop to schedule workload.
  2. Meeting customers on arrival and providing seamless service from drop-off to vehicle handover.
  3. Updating customers on vehicle progress, authorising additional work, and making follow-up calls.
  4. Liaising with Workshop, Parts, and Sales departments to ensure timely vehicle readiness.

About You

  1. Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building rapport with customers.
  2. Well-presented with a positive attitude and desire to succeed.
  3. Experience in a customer service role, ideally meeting targets related to customer satisfaction and sales.
  4. Good organizational and administrative skills; knowledge of dealer management systems is a plus but not essential.
  5. Motor trade, automotive, or dealership experience is preferred but not necessary, as full training will be provided.
