Job summary

Vindis Group Ltd. Audi Division invites applications for a high-performing Sales Executive to join our team across multiple sites in Northampton, Peterborough and Huntingdon. You will manage the full customer journey from enquiry to sale, build product knowledge, and drive customer service excellence.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing role.
Track record of achieving individual and team targets.
Full UK driving licence.
Automotive sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Execute all steps of the customer purchase journey to the required standards.
Develop product knowledge to become a brand specialist.
Champion a culture of customer service excellence.
Upsell relevant products and services to maximise sales.
Use enquiry systems to meet customer expectations and outcomes.
Prospect new customers, including outbound calls.
