Job summary

Sytner Group, via West London Audi, is seeking a Sales Executive to be the main point of contact for customers buying their car. You will deliver outstanding service, understand customer needs and guide them through the journey with a focus on first-time right service.

The role includes weekend work, a base salary of £20,000 and an achievable OTE of £57,000, plus a company car and access to subsidised car purchase schemes, discounted MOT/servicing and various retailer discounts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or dealership environment.
• Experience in sales or up-selling is beneficial.
• Ability to engage customers face-to-face and understand needs.

About the role

West London Audi have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from some form of customer service or sales background.

As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new car.

Sytner Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

On top of your salary and very achievable OTE of £57,000, you will also receive a company car and benefit from subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for your family as well as discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted Gym membership and discounts with popular high street retailers.

About You

You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit.

Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
