Job summary

Sytner Group are recruiting a Permanent Sales Executive with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to earn a generous commission. Based at Wakefield Audi, you will be the key contact for customers on their car buying journey and ensure first-class service.

In addition to base pay, an OTE of £50,000 and benefits such as a company car, purchase schemes, MOT/servicing discounts, gym discounts and retailer perks are on offer. Weekend work may be required.

About the role

Wakefield Audi have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from some form of customer service or sales background.

As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new car.

Sytner Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

On top of your salary and very achievable OTE of £50,000, you will also receive a company car and benefit from subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for your family as well as discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted Gym membership and discounts with popular high street retailers.

About You

You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit.

Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
