Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a New Car Sales Manager to join the management team at our Audi Dealership in Solihull.
The successful individual will possess a positive, hands-on approach, with the ability to lead and motivate a developing sales team. You will be expected to achieve agreed sales targets for used cars, within defined operating and financial guidelines.
You may be an existing sales manager, sales controller, or retail manager seeking new challenges or better career opportunities.
You should have the drive and talent to advance the department, achieve KPIs, and uphold brand standards.
You must demonstrate a profitable and successful track record of delivering outstanding results and customer satisfaction.
Strong management and leadership skills, a winning mentality, and passion for the brand are essential.
Motor trade, automotive, or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
