Job summary

Audi Leicester, part of the Sytner Group, has an exciting Permanent Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to earn generous commission and an OTE of around £50,000.

You will be the main point of contact for customers, delivering first-class service during the car buying journey, with weekend patterns and a company car included, plus access to subsidised purchase schemes and other staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence may be beneficial.

About the role

Audi Leicester have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from some form of customer service or sales background.

As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new car.

Sytner Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

On top of your salary and very achievable OTE of £50,000, you will also receive a company car and benefit from subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for your family as well as discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted Gym membership and discounts with popular high street retailers.

About You

You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit.

Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
