Sytner Group is seeking an experienced General Sales Manager for West London Audi. You will oversee profitability in the new and used vehicle departments while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

You will recruit, coach and performance-manage the Sales team through regular reviews, meetings and training. The role is full-time, may include weekend work, and requires a proven Automotive industry track record with strong leadership and strategic sales thinking to elevate performance and

About The Role

Sytner Group has a rare and very exciting opportunity for an experienced General Sales Manager to join our management team at West London Audi.

As a Sytner General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the profitability in both the new & used vehicle departments alongside delivering exceptional Customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for the recruitment, coaching, supporting and performance management of our colleagues within the Sales department through regular reviews, meetings and training.

This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About You

Ideally, you will have a proven track record of success in a similar position within the Automotive industry.

The ability to be able to lead and motivate a team to exceed targets and maximise profitability across all areas of the Sales department is essential.

We are looking for someone who has high standards, the capability to bring new ideas to the table and the ability to drive the performance of the sales team and to take our sales departments to a whole new level.
