Arnold Clark is seeking a Yard Operative at Central Car Auctions in Glasgow. The role focuses on moving sold and unsold vehicles around the site to support the auction schedule, plus yard duties such as plate fitting, stock checks, and face-to-face customer service.

You will work with a diverse team, engage with all departments daily, and need to stay highly organised and attentive to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day moving of sold and unsold vehicles around the site for the auction schedule
• General yard duties, including making and fitting of number plates, vehicle stock checks and dealing with customers face to face
• Keep managers in the loop by preparing updates and reports that showcase completed objectives
• Stay familiar with the company's policies and goals and work to make sure that all members of the CCA team adhere to set standards
• Engage with all departments to meet the auction schedule
