We are looking for a skilled Auction Sales Manager to list properties for sale through auctions for a renowned brand, William H Brown. This role is pivotal in expanding our property market footprint and driving success in our Auctions division.

Your Role:

• List properties for auction and provide expert guidance to clients.
• Develop strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct properties for auction and create effective sales strategies.
• Coordinate property valuations, inspections, appraisals, and marketing.
• Advise clients on best practices for successful auction outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Extensive property sector experience
• Proven ability to win and close business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented; auction experience is not essential.
