We’re looking for a highly motivated Coordinator (Auctions) to support our fantastic Property Auction Department in Derby.

As our Coordinator (Auctions), you will take ownership of office administration accurately, efficiently, and professionally within a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities of our Coordinator (Auctions) include:

• Administrative support to sales and management departments within the office
• Communicating with clients and suppliers
• Taking calls and messages
• Typing and data entry
• Filing

Skills and experience required:

• Preferably experience as an Administrator / Secretary or similar role
• Customer-focused and comfortable in a client-facing role
• Resilient, positive, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
• Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
