Our law firm is looking for an attorney who is ready to represent our existing client base. The ideal candidate will work closely with the firm’s clients, administrative staff, and senior partners. Responsibilities

1. Prepare legal documents for clients, such as briefs, motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
2. Manage administrative tasks related to client invoicing, billing records, scheduling meetings, and completing assigned tasks.
3. Advise clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for successful outcomes.
4. Identify client conflicts and develop case strategies with resolution options.
5. Conduct legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in family law preferred but not required. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
• Strong public speaking, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with legal research software such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• At least 1-2 years of experience working in a law firm environment.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple files.

Compensation

$75,000 - $130,000 annually
