A local educational institution in York is looking for two enthusiastic Attendance Support Workers to help improve student attendance. The role involves effective communication with students and families and requires independent travel. Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills and have some knowledge of IT systems. York High School is looking for two enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Attendance Support Workers, working with Pastoral and SEN leaders to improve the attendance of identified pupils.
The trust will be undertaking a job evaluation exercise in the near future, and therefore the grade for this position may change.
