Overview

York High School is looking for two enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Attendance Support Workers, working with Pastoral and SEN leaders to improve the attendance of identified pupils.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with students, parents/carers and staff.
• Travel independently to the homes of pupils; you should have your own car and insurance for business use.
• Be approachable and able to work collaboratively with parents/carers.
• Knowledge of SIMS and IT systems is advantageous.

Additional information

The trust will be undertaking a job evaluation exercise in the near future, and therefore the grade for this position may change.
