CLV Band 6 £30,559 - £33,366 pa FTE (£25,961 - £28,346 pa actual)

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students? Do you possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Attendance Support Officer. This role is central to ensuring that young people, especially those facing attendance challenges, receive the best possible education and support to reach their full potential.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Attendance Support Officer to support the pastoral team in improving student attendance. The successful candidate will work alongside our Attendance Manager and Learning Managers, supporting all aspects of attendance including sickness/holiday absences, liaising with parents, undertaking home visits, and coordinating with external professionals as required.

The post is available on a permanent, full-time, term-only basis plus 2 call-in days.

Cramlington Learning Village was graded 'Good' in all categories in its last Ofsted Inspection.

Cramlington Learning Village is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All staff are expected to share this commitment. An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this post.

Please note: The postholder will be engaged in regulated activity, primarily working with children. This position is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
