Ossett Academy & Sixth Form College are seeking to appoint a full-time Attendance & Pupil Support Officer to work alongside key academy staff to promote and support high levels of attendance, helping pupils achieve their full potential.
The successful applicant will work closely with pupils and families to reduce absences and foster a positive attendance and punctuality culture. Candidates should demonstrate flexibility, excellent organisational skills, and effective communication with colleagues, pupils, and parents/carers.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Thursday from 8.00am to 4.00pm, and Friday from 8.00am to 3.30pm, including a half-hour unpaid lunch break each day.
