Cheshire College South & West in Crewe Campus is seeking an Attendance Support Officer to contribute to attendance tracking and improvement. The role involves monitoring absence information, supporting Personal Development Tutors, and taking action when safeguarding concerns arise.
You will contact learners to understand reasons for absences, liaise with parents, and prepare regular reports on attendance trends for senior staff. This is a permanent, full-time position at Crewe Campus.
Salary: £24,784 (pro rata per annum) (£21,640 per annum)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week (8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.30pm Friday). Part year working 36 weeks 4 days per year.
Location: Crewe Campus
