Job summary

Elton High School in Bury is seeking an Attendance Manager (Grade 10) to join the Student Support Team. The role is 37 hours per week, term-time only plus 10 additional days during school closures, to drive excellent attendance and punctuality across the pupil cohort.

You will work with pupils, families and staff, using robust attendance systems and partnership working to promote a culture where attendance supports engagement and achievement.

Qualifications

• Commitment, motivation and enthusiasm for supporting students.
• Ability to promote excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Experience working in a school or student support context is desirable.

Responsibilities
