Job summary

Aylesford School is seeking an organised, approachable and highly motivated Attendance Manager to oversee the school’s attendance procedures and maintain accurate student attendance records.

Working closely with families, Heads of Year, senior leaders and safeguarding colleagues, you will monitor absences, manage attendance communications, analyse patterns and support interventions across both Primary and Secondary Phases.

Qualifications

• Experience of attendance administration, safeguarding or working in education would be advantageous.
