Outwood is seeking an Education Welfare Officer/Attendance Manager to lead the attendance team and shape strategies to boost student attendance and educational access across the school.

This senior role requires legislative expertise, exceptional interpersonal skills and the capacity to engage families constructively, even in complex situations, to prioritise learning. Working pattern: 37 hours per week, term time plus 5 days.
